Titans skin the Wolves 20-0

Friday night at the Centre, the Titans and Haliburton Wolves were playing their second game in 24 hours.  It was game #2 of the north division quarter final.  Game one was a 13-1 victory for the Titans in Haliburton.  The outcome was the same only the score was different as the Titans rang up 20 goals to shut out the Wolves and now lead the series 2-0 with a chance to sweep the Wolves in game 3 on Saturday night.  No less than 10 Titans got their number put in the goal column.  Leading the way all with hat tricks were  Scott Marshall with 3g, 2a, Scott Sovinsky 3g, Kurtis Klinger 3g, 1a and Gustav Rollfelt 3g. Ryder Murray had a pair of goals as did Guillaume Taupier and he also added four assists. Anthony Bedard had 1g, 2a, as did Michael Chuinard.  Nicolas Jasmin and Wes Monson had one goal apiece.  Jakob Willhelmson had 3 helpers and Deverick Ottereyes had two assists.  Andreas Morger stopped all 14 shots for the win and the shutout.  Titans had 87 shots on the duo of Wolves netminders.  Prior to the start of the game Hampus Fagrell was presented with the January edition of the Temkin campers award for the player that excels on and off the ice.
