Shield get comeback win over Titans

The Titans were playing perhaps one of their best games of the season on Friday evening as they held leads of 2-1 after the first and 4-2 after two periods against the Shield.  But 2 goals only 45 seconds apart changed the game in the Shields favor.  Then a major penalty to Titans Anthony Bedard led to 2 more goals on the power play by South Muskoka.  Titans pulled their goalie with over 3 minutes to play but the Shield responded with their 7th goal an empty netter. The loss is now the Titans third in row and now themselves below .500 for the first time in a very long time. Titans goals were by: Lee Pollitt, Gustav Rollfelt, Ryder Murray & Zach Lefebvre.  Shots were 34-32 Shield.  Jason Goes took the loss.  Lee Pollitt was selected the games third star.  The Titans now have all week to prepare for 2 games next weekend, a home game Friday against the Bradford Bulls and a visit to Parry Sound on Saturday to face the Islanders.
