Dayton Murray earns his stripes with Battalion !

Former Temiscaming Titans defenceman Dayton Murray will be playing his first major junior “A” game on Thursday night when he slips on a North Bay Battalion jersey to play against the Sudbury Wolves. Dayton played 2 plus seasons for the Titans from 2013 to 2016, when he played a total of 106 regular season/playoff games and accumulated 40 goals and 64 assists. He was selected to one all star game and was part of the 2014-15 Russell Cup winning team.

This year Dayton joined the Powassan Voodoos of the NOJHL and has so far had 10 goals and 20 assists in 37 games played. He was also selected the Gongshow Gear defenceman for the month of September in the NOJHL. And was also selected to play for team NOJHL all stars in the Canadian All Star Challenge in Cornwall in December.

The Titans will be at the Gardens on Thursday night wearing the BLUE and supporting Dayton in his debut with the Troops.
