The road warrior Titans were playing their 5 road game in a week tonight in South River against the Almaguin Spartans. Scott Sovinsky opened the scoring with a power play goal and the Titans headed into the second period with a lead of 1-0. In the second, they doubled their lead when Anthony Bedard deflected an Adrien Guenette shot past the Spartans netminder. In the final 20 minutes the Titans increased their lead to 4-0 on a power play goal from Adrien Guenette, Gustav Rollfelt had the other. The Spartans got their lone goal with less than 3 minutes to play. Philemon Gentes buried a slap shot from the blue line to make the final 5-1 Titans. Shots were 37-26 Titans. The 3 stars were Adrien Guenette, Veli Makinen and Anthony Bedard. The final stop of this extended road trip ends Sunday night in Bradford against the Rattlers.
