Less than 24 hours following their loss to the Rattlers, the Titans were back on the ice at the Centre on Saturday to face the Seguin Huskies. A much better result than the previous night with a 6-2 victory. The Titans never trailed in this game leading 3-2 after first period goals from Nico Wilton, Arvid Sjogren and Taylor Hickman. A couple more goals in the middle frame by Anthony Bedard and Wilton on a power play had the home team ahead 5-2 after two periods. Ryder Murray notched another power play goal early in the final period to close out the scoring. The shots were 62-27 Titans. Jason Goes earned the win for the Titans while Tanner Emerson suffered the loss. 3 stars were Wilton, Nicolas Proulx and Seguin netminder Tanner Emerson. A quick night’s rest and the boys will be hopping on the bus Sunday morning to head for 4:30pm affair with the Bracebridge Blues.
