Taupier will be back

Another veteran returns

The Temiscaming Titans are very pleased to announce that another veteran player will be making a return to the team for a third season. Forward Guillaume Taupier from Rawdon, Qc has informed the team today of his intent of playing his last junior year with the Titans. In his time with the Titans the gritty forward played 45 games, scored 37 goals and assisted on 44 others. That’s almost a 2 ppg average. “2 words describe Taupier’s play says Nicolas Tourigny, Titans GM. Those words are “skill and heart”. He’s a determined player that can almost do anything on the ice, power play, shorthanded you name it, he’s ready. He’s a silent leader that lets his play do the talking. He’s always willing to defend his fellow teammates. Guillaume will be a major contributor to our teams success this year”. Guillaume says his return to the Titans is two fold. One is he is looking to finish off his junior career on a high note to prepare himseld for a pro career in Europe. Secondly, he wants to return to make up for the way last year ended for him. He wants to lead the Titans to the promised land, the Russell Cup.

Welcome back Guillaume Taupier #48
