How ”Swede” it is ! | Titans de témiscaming

The Temiscaming Titans are extremely pleased to announce the signing of Swedish power forward Simon Brannvall for the 2017-18 season. The 6’2”, 200lb forward joins the Titans following this season when he played for Hertsorinken IF and Alvsby IF in Sweden’s division 3 league. The ’97 born skater played in 6 games and totalled 20 points, 6 goals and 14 assists. In the previous year he shared time between Bodens HF division 2 and Lulea HF J20 of the Super Elit league scoring a total of 13 goals and 8 assists in 28 games. Simon describes himself as a hard worker who plays with emotion and likes carry the puck and attack the net. ‘’A good shot and the ability to put the puck in the net are my strong points’’ adds Brannvall. Playing hockey in Canada has always been an objective for Simon and he believes that he can help the Titans compete for the championship. Titans GM Nicolas Tourigny believes that Brannvall will bring strong presence on the ice for the Titans in all three zones. We expect Simon to be a major contributor to our success this season. He will wear jersey #76.
