Titans winning streak hits 12 games

Titans win in Meaford 8-5.
A look at the standings prior to this game and odds were heavily on the Titans side. But the young Knights came out of the gate and had a 2-0 lead barely 5 minutes into the game. When the buzzer went to end the period the score was 2-2. By the end of the second the score was tied at 5. In the final 20 minutes the Titans scored 3 goals with the last one in an empty net to seal the victory. This was the Titans 11 consecutive win and improved their record to a league leading 23-5-1 good for 47 points. The win assured that the Titans will head into the holiday break in first place.
Scoring tonight was as follows:
Zacharie Maheu 2g-2a
Nicolas Tremblay 2g-1a
Alex Provost-Ross, Misha Akatnov & Marc-Antoine Turcotte each had 1g-2a
Aleck Forcier 1g-1a
Éloi Bouchard got the win in goal.
Back home Friday night for round two against these same Knights. Game time 8pm
