Titans crush the Shield, 8-2

David Fontaine scored four times and set up another to lead the Titans attack. Charles-Andre Cypihot was credited with 3 assists for his part as the Titans skated to an 8-2 win over the Shield at the Centre on Friday evening.
Even if Shield goaltender Jacob DeMoranville allowed 8 goals he made several spectacular saves on the 65 shots he faced.
His opposite Eloi Bouchard faced only 20 Shield shots to earn his 18th win of the season, which is tops in the League.
With their win, the Titans reached the 30 win plateau and 60 points. The Titans are first in the North Division, 2 points ahead of the Rattlers with a game in hand.
Titans will play again at home Sunday afternoon at 3pm when their opponents will be the West Nipissing Lynx
