Titans drop 8-5 decision in Ville Marie ending their winning streak at seven.
After a laborious first period trailing 3-1, the Titans clawed their way back to 5 goals aside in the third. Shortly after tying the game, the Pirates scored the eventual winner and added an empty netter. Xavier Sincennes had 2g-1a. Other goals were by Yannick Ethier, Nicolas Tremblay and Hayden Moistner
The Titans now have a week to prepare when they host the first place Civics.
