Arvid Sjögren returning for year 2 | Titans de témiscaming

The Titans would like to announce that 20 year old Swedish forward Arvid Sjögren will be returning to join the team for a second year. Arvid, who is from Höja, played in 37 games last season and totalled 13 points on 2 goals and 11 assists. ‘’Arvid is a player with very good hockey sense with an uncanny ability to make the difficult passes. He also possesses an excellent wrist and slap shot who plays his position very well ’’ says Nicolas Tourigny, Titans GM. ‘’We expect more this year from Arvid as he will be looked upon as a veteran with a years experience, who knows what to expect in the style of play in the GMHL’’ adds Tourigny. Arvid admits that he has been not taking the off season lightly as he has been working very hard on training so that he can play a much bigger role for the team and be ready to compete for a championship.
