Titans are excited to announce the signing of defenseman Vladimir SEROV (2002) 6’2’’ 201.
Vladimir has an impressive track record.
Captain of his U17 team in Season 18-19 and assistant captain in Season 19-20 with the Samara junior team, a team playing in the main Russian hockey division for these age groups.
In 2020-21 Vladimir made the jump to the Major Jr MHL before jumping to the pro ranks in the Slovakian D2.
In 21-22 he played the full season in Czechia at U20 level and at pro level.
Last season the solid new Titans played the entire season among at pro level in Russia with the team from his city, Samara, in Russia 3.
Vladimir is a strong defenseman with a fluid skating who makes the best from a hard shot and brings a wealth of experience that will benefit the team.
Even though he had offers to play professionally again this season, his dream of playing in Canada brought him back to the Junior ranks, with us.
Vlad arrived in Témiscaming last night.
He was welcomed at Trudeau Airport in Montreal by his new teammates Shawn Boudreau, Nikita Golovin and Alexander Barakhtin.
Your new Titans will wear number 44 and will jump on the Center ice tomorrow for his first practice with the team.
