Titans captured their second Russell Cup on Saturday evening at the Centre. The crowd of over 800 was treated to a close game for the first two periods. The main reason was the Roadrunners goaltender Braeden Derks who did everything except score a goal ! Unfortunately his team could only put one past Eloi Bouchard. Meanwhile the Titans got goals by Felix Laniel, Nathan Hardy, Jeremy Brooks and David Fontaine with a pair to earn the 5-1 series sweep victory. The Titans swept all four series outscoring their opponents in the process 86 to 19 on their way to their second Russell Cup in their history.
