Born in Newfoundland, but having played his Midget and Junior hockey in Spruce Grove, Alberta, Hollet is a 5’7 ”, 160-pound forward who played in the CapJHL (Alberta Jr. B league) since 2014-15. Sharing time between the Spruce Grove Regals and the Morinville Jets. Playing 100 games scoring 8 goals and adding 16 assists. He also had 126 minutes in penalties. Titans GM Nicolas Tourigny says that getting a player with 100 games of junior hockey experience will add some leadership and creativity to the squad. Tyler is an excellent skater with good hands. In Hollett, the Titans get a player that is comfortable in all zones and is not hesitant to get down to the gritty parts of the game. This type of player could be very useful in Head Coach Justin Roy’s game plan.
As in many other cases, it is Titans’ reputation that brings this adopted Albertan to play his last year of junior hockey in Temiscaming.
