Read MoreIn their second game in 24 hours, the Titans travelled to South River to take on the Spartans (7-1). In a scoreless first period, both team managed 12 shots on goal. Both goalies shined with some rather nice saves. The Titans ended the second period with a 2-0 lead on two power play goals from Ryder Murray and Dayton Murray. In the third period, the Spartans scored three times in the span of 5 minutes to take a 3-2 lead late into the period. But on a power play of their own, Hampus Fagrell tied the game and forcing the teams to play at least another 5 minute overtime. No goals were scored so the game would be decided by a shootout. A total of 12 shooters participated but in the end it was the Spartans that pulled off the win 4-3. Tomas Mastalirsky took the loss and was the games second star.
